Counselling and treatment for psychological
and psychosomatic problems
People seek help because they are sad, and their sadness is somehow not recognized by the environment. They feel alone, bad, and tired. They cannot release their emotions and prefer to keep them to themselves. Often, they do not even know why they feel that way or what causes it. In fact, after a while, they are no longer able to feel what is going on inside of them. It can take years and is extremely destructive to their lives.
Usually hearing and listening to their grief is supportive and a relief for people. Attention, empathy, and confidentiality are therefore effective elements in a psychological and or psychotherapeutic treatment.
After all, a treatment is always aimed at gaining insight to strengthen autonomy and develop compassion for oneself and ones environment.
